Senior Salesforce Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce solutions for our financial operations. You will lead the development of scalable, secure, and automated processes that enhance customer onboarding, improve data quality, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop FSC solutions including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud components tailored for financial services.
• Design and implement automation using Salesforce Flows and FSC-specific tools to streamline financial workflows.
• Customize FSC data models for households, financial accounts, and client relationships.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce for FSC customizations.
• Integrate Salesforce with external financial systems using REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, and event-driven architecture.
• Ensure security and compliance by implementing robust authorization concepts, validation rules, and encryption standards.
• Maintain release processes and deploy prototypes to production environments.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing Apex code for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product management and financial business units to ensure platform scalability and regulatory compliance.
• Work cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks and deliver sustainable solutions for financial workflows.
