Chief GenAI Officer

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and execution-driven AI Head to lead our Data Science and AI initiatives , with a strong focus on Generative AI . This is a leadership role with direct visibility to CXOs and MD and a chance to shape the AI charter of a rapidly evolving financial institution.

Key Responsibilities : -

• Lead AI Strategy : Define and drive the AI & GenAI roadmap aligned with business goals. Ability to find hidden usecases of GenAI to improve productivity and reduce risks.
• Build GenAI Capabilities : Develop use cases across customer engagement, automation, credit, fraud detection, personalization, and internal efficiency.
• Team Leadership : Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and prompt engineers.
• Product & Delivery Focus : Translate POCs into production-ready scalable solutions. Ability to design systems that are reusable and require zero to no maintenance.
• Collaboration : Work closely with business, tech, compliance, and product teams to ensure AI aligns with regulatory norms and strategic needs.
• Innovation Evangelism : Champion AI adoption across Capri with training, demos, and pilot programs. Lead by Example.

Tech Stack : Oversee tools and platforms including LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), vector DBs, ML pipelines, Python, and MLOps frameworks.
