🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for an energetic Tele-Caller cum Business Developer - Lead Generator with strong British English communication skills .

The ideal candidate will connect with potential clients, generate qualified leads, and promote our online services to boost business growth.

📞 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound B2B calls to introduce and explain our services.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and procurement professionals .
  • Maintain accurate client data and follow-up records in CRM and other platform.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets .

🧠 Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in tele-calling / business development / lead generation .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in British English .
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of tendering processes (government or private) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM and Calling tools etc.
