We’re looking for a Customer Experience & Social Media Manager to be the voice of our brand across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Gmail. ✨

What you’ll do :

Handle all customer conversations with warmth & professionalism

Convert leads into sales through one-on-one consultative selling

Manage social media DMs / comments & build engagement

Coordinate with design / ops teams to deliver a seamless experience

3–4 years’ experience in customer service / sales / social media

Fluent English, strong written & spoken communication

Passion for premium lifestyle, furniture, or design brands

A people person who loves connecting, solving, and selling
