As a Functional Oracle Field Service Cloud Consultant at Atom, you will be working to understand customer goals / requirements, expectations and challenges, analyze situations / data, for configuring or developing business & technical solutions on the Cloud.

You will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting Oracle's manufacturing and field service solutions to meet our clients' specific needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
Design, configure, and implement Oracle's manufacturing and field service applications, including MES, FSM, SCM, and Quality Management solutions.
Customize software to fit unique business processes and workflows.
Integrate Oracle solutions with other systems and applications used by clients.
Provide comprehensive training and support to clients' employees on how to effectively use the new systems.
Monitor and optimize the performance of implemented solutions to ensure maximum efficiency.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle's manufacturing and field service products and industry best practices.

Required Skills / Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle's manufacturing and field service solutions.

Strong understanding of manufacturing and field service processes and best practices.

Proven expertise in Oracle's E-Business Suite, Cloud Manufacturing, or other relevant Oracle products.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong project management skills.

Preferred Skills :

Certifications in Oracle Manufacturing or Field Service applications.

Experience with industry-specific standards and regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO).

Experience with cloud-based deployments of Oracle solutions.
