As a Commissioning Engineer, you’ll lead the testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on our upcoming projects. Your Role

Oversee and coordinate daily commissioning activities for all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems.

Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and commissioning agents to execute commissioning plans.

Review technical documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance during installation and commissioning.

Prepare and maintain commissioning schedules, progress reports, and documentation.

Conduct system tests, inspections, and troubleshooting, ensuring all deficiencies are resolved.

Ensure all safety protocols, codes, and standards are followed.

Lead and supervise commissioning technicians and trades on site.

Support final handover procedures, including O&M manuals, training sessions, and client demonstrations.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP commissioning, preferably in a Foreman or supervisory role.

Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing networks, and associated controls.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and commissioning documentation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Relevant trade certification or technical engineering qualification preferred.

Knowledge of commissioning software, tools, and reporting platforms is a plus.
