Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Limited (USFBL), established on April 30, 2016, provides banking and financial services with a focus on underserved and unserved sections of India. The Bank operates primarily in rural and semi-urban regions for lending activities, while its deposit mobilization and other services are available nationwide. Headquartered in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, USFBL offers microfinance loans, various retail asset loans, and an array of digital services such as Internet and Mobile Banking, Digi On-Boarding, and a network of ATMs and Micro ATMs. The Bank started operations on January 23, 2017, after receiving a small finance banking license from RBI.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Auditor based in Ranchi. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting financial audits, preparing audit reports, analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Daily tasks include assessing financial operations, reviewing internal controls, evaluating risk management practices, and communicating findings and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing Audit Reports and conducting Financial Audits
• Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge of Finance
• Excellent Communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as CA or CPA are a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of banking regulations and standards
