Role Description
- Individual hired for this role will be part of the Engagement, Controls and Risk Oversight (ECO) Pillar within Institutional Cash and Trade (ICT) organisation. The purpose of the ICT Pillar is to protect and enable ICT in achieving their key business goals.
- Within ICT, the role is part of the Client and Process Lifecycle (CPL) Unit which focuses on Policy, Advisory, Process Management and Oversight, Regulatory / Audit / Assurance Lead Engagement, Sampling & Testing, New Client Onboarding E2E Monitoring.

This role will provide Central Coordination and Support for New Client Onboardings and KYC Oversight functions of CPL.Support E2E monitoring of New Client Onboardings, including follow-ups and process blocks resolution with relevant process stakeholders such as Client Sales Managers (CSM), ICT ECO Client Engagement Solutions (CES), Anti Financial Crime (AFC), KYC teams, Client Service Officers (CSO)Provide MI / Reporting to senior management on the New Client OnboardingsWorking directly with CSMs to ensure timely completion of CSM owned activities with respect to client KYC adoptions and reviews, ensuring strict adherence to Deutsche Bank's KYC / AML Compliance requirementsProactively identify and highlight where activities related to client reviews are falling behind schedule, provide appropriate level transparency to management and take appropriate steps involving stakeholders to ensure timely KYC file progressionEstablish and maintain close partnership with KYC linked functions globallyAct as functional / operational subject matter expert to address escalationsIdentify enhancement potential in existing process landscape and drive implementation of change initiativesPerform impact assessments for process and system changesMonitor and communicate change ensuring efficient and effective processes and controls, work with other client lifecycle management functions as required to ensure adequate end to end awarenessYour skills and experience
Relevant University degree and / or equivalent professional experiencePrevious experience with Anti Financial Crime, Risk Assessment, KYC Procedures and knowledge of Correspondent Banking Due Diligence Standards preferredKnowledge of DB's key systems (CRV, dbSleuth, dbCLM) is a plusStrong analytical and organisational skillsProactive and fast learning abilityExcellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across all levels of seniority, functions and locationsResilience, commitment, ability to plan and prioritise, work independently and under demanding timelinesCommand of MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and general computer proficiencyFluency in spoken and written English mandatoryHow we'll support you
