Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled VMC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) to produce precision components as per design specifications. The role requires attention to detail, experience in CNC machining, and the ability to maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate VMC machines to manufacture components according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Select and install appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Ensure parts meet tolerance, quality, and surface finish requirements.
• Monitor machine operations and perform adjustments as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate production records.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality inspectors to improve processes.
