Job descriptionDesirable to have worked on Life Asia, Elixir, HP, Graph Talk and Ingenium 20 years in the Insurance industry specifically, from the software testing vendor side Entrepreneurial mindset Should have had adequate experience into pre-sales support, RFP Presentation, Project initiation and monitoring Effective resource Manager- optimal utilisation of human capital so as to ensure that they are effectively deployed and continuously trained- would include recruitment, bench, account management and delivery Should have a keen eye for cost control Ability to delegate and get the work done from teams Should be ready for travel to client sites for kickstarting and troubleshooting projects

- Driving business growth through spearheading deliveries of projects and turnover for THE COMPANY’s Life insurance vertical
- Own the company’s life insurance targets and ensure deliverables are optimised. This is a P&L responsibilty
