Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, team management, and client relationship building. This role involves supporting the Sales Manager in driving revenue, achieving business targets, and mentoring the sales team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning, strategizing, and executing sales plans to meet business objectives.
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and ensure adherence to KPIs and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to expanding the company’s client base.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews for the sales team.
- Prepare reports, analyze market trends, and share insights with management for better decision-making.
- Support in resolving escalated client queries and ensure smooth operations.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets within deadlines.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Qualification .
