Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced CSA (Civil, Structural, and Architectural) Checker with over 18 years of expertise in reviewing and validating detailed design and drafting deliverables. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with international standards, client specifications, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and check civil, structural, and architectural drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to design standards.
• Ensure deliverables are consistent with project specifications, codes (such as ACI, AISC, BS, IS), and client standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and drafting teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Perform clash checks and ensure constructability of structural elements.
• Provide quality assurance and control over deliverables before final submission.
• Participate in design reviews and interdisciplinary coordination meetings.
• Mentor junior checkers or draftsmen as needed.
