Job Summary :
Aria Holding, a global multinational organization with a diverse industry footprint, is embarking on a greenfield initiative to establish a centralized Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system . The ECM Lead will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and governance of the ECM solution across business units, geographies, and functions. This role blends technical expertise, data governance, project leadership, and stakeholder management to create a secure, scalable, and compliant content repository.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Global Repository Implementation
- Lead the full lifecycle of global ECM implementation.
- Define repository structure, metadata models, folder hierarchies, and taxonomy.
- Work with internal stakeholders to capture requirements and develop a phased rollout plan.
2. System Configuration & Administration
Configure ECM platform including user roles, access rights, workflows, and retention policies.Administer system integrations with enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, HRIS, CRM).Manage user provisioning, license tracking, and access review processes.3. Content Governance & Compliance
Define and enforce content governance policies and lifecycle rules.Create classification schemes, metadata standards, and tagging protocols.Ensure compliance with global regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).4. Stakeholder Coordination & Support
Serve as the central point of contact between IT, business teams, and external vendors.Conduct user training, create knowledge materials, and onboard business units.Build and manage a network of content owners and department champions.5. Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Monitor adoption, usage trends, data quality, and security compliance.Implement ongoing platform enhancements and user experience improvements.Deliver regular metrics, adoption dashboards, and performance reports to leadership.Key Result Areas (KRAs) & KPIs :

KPI : ≥90% of departments onboarded per project timeline.KPI : ≥95% metadata-compliant documents uploaded within 3 months of go-live.2. Data Migration

KPI : ≥95% of access / permission requests resolved within SLA.KPI : ≥85% user satisfaction with repository structure and access.Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.5–8 years of relevant experience in ECM implementation, data governance, or IT project management.Practical expertise with ECM platforms : Box, SharePoint, M-Files, OnBase (at least one is required).Demonstrated success in managing ECM or repository rollout in multi-entity, regulated environments .Strong understanding of content architecture, metadata, classification, and lifecycle management.Experience with ECM platform configuration, including permissions, automation workflows, and retention schedules.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001.Knowledge of integration with enterprise systems like ERP, HRIS, and CRM.Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and training capabilities.Analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.Skills Required
