Role Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce DevOps professional to design, build, and configure enterprise-grade applications, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs. In this role, you will be a subject matter expert (SME), influencing key decisions, leading teams, and implementing solutions that impact multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities :

Serve as SME for Salesforce DevOps, guiding architecture, development, and deployment strategies.
Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business goals.
Provide scalable, efficient solutions to challenges affecting multiple teams.
Drive continuous improvement in DevOps processes, including CI / CD automation.
Facilitate knowledge-sharing to build team capabilities and domain expertise.
Monitor project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.

Skills :

Background in configuration and release management.

Exposure to multi-cloud environments.

Experience with security and compliance in Salesforce deployments.

Strategic thinking with a solution-oriented mindset.

Ability to lead through influence.

Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Resilience under pressure with a focus on quality outcomes.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum 12 years in Salesforce DevOps.

Technical Skills :

Advanced Salesforce DevOps expertise

Strong CI / CD pipeline management skills

Git version control mastery

Agile methodology experience

Proficiency in troubleshooting complex application issues

Education : 15 years of full-time education.
