Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Team Lead. The Team Lead will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure alignment with project goals and company standards. The role involves coordinating tasks, mentoring team members, monitoring project progress, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating effective communication within and outside of the team.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
