Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Lead to evaluate, enhance, and optimize our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) landscape. This role requires deep expertise in IBP Demand, Supply, and Order-Based Planning, with the ability to recommend and implement improvements aligned to industry best practices. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, deliver actionable assessments, and design a roadmap to strengthen our supply chain planning capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate the current IBP Demand and Supply configuration to identify gaps and opportunities.

Enhance and optimize IBP-Supply-Time-Series implementation, benchmarking against standard IBP features and capabilities.

Recommend improvements for IBP Demand, Supply, Supply Chain Control Tower, Inventory Optimization (IO), and other modules.

Deliver comprehensive assessment reports outlining potential opportunities, technical fixes, and strategic recommendations.

Develop a sequential roadmap for implementing new capabilities and features, including effort and cost estimations.

Assess Order-Based Planning (OBP) in the DEV environment and provide recommendations for successful completion.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and adoption of best practices.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an SAP IBP Lead or similar role in enterprise supply chain planning.

Strong expertise in IBP Demand, Supply, Supply Chain Control Tower, and Order-Based Planning .

Hands-on experience with IBP-Supply-Time-Series implementation and enhancements.

Ability to deliver structured assessments, technical recommendations, and roadmaps.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.

Strong understanding of industry best practices in supply chain planning and optimization.
