About the Role

We are hiring a Legal Associate (Mid-Level) to support the legal and compliance needs of our fast-growing SaaS and IT Services organization .

This role requires strong experience in commercial contracting, technology agreements, data protection, and corporate governance .

✅ IT Services experience is absolutely mandatory.

✅ Candidates without SaaS / IT Services / Technology Services legal exposure will NOT be considered.

What You Will Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts , including MSAs, SOWs, SaaS Agreements, DPAs, NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements
• Manage the full contract lifecycle , including renewals, amendments, and risk reviews
• Support compliance for ISO 27001, ISO 27701, GDPR, HIPAA , and other regulatory frameworks
• Handle IP-related matters : trademark filings, licensing, and IP documentation
• Work closely with Sales, Procurement, HR, Delivery, Product, and InfoSec teams
• Maintain legal trackers, MIS, and audit-ready documentation
• Provide legal research, internal advisories, and risk assessments
