Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support our Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions based in India. This role is critical in ensuring accurate billing, timely vendor payments, and comprehensive financial data entry in support of our US-based accounting team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, a meticulous attention to detail, and experience working with leading accounting software platforms such as QuickBooks, Acumatica, SAP, or Sage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform accurate and timely entry of AP and AR transactions.
- Generate customer invoices and track billing cycles.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain well-organized digital records of all financial documents.
- Communicate effectively with the US accounting team to ensure seamless integration of financial data.
- Prepare regular reports on AR aging and AP due balances.
