Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead multi-channel performance strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Conduct deep market, audience, and competitive analyses to uncover patterns, risks, and opportunities.
  • Build end-to-end performance funnels, optimizing for both short-term conversion and long-term growth.
  • Oversee daily performance, diagnosing shifts with clarity and implementing adjustments rooted in strategic reasoning.
  • Design structured testing frameworks to refine creative, messaging, bidding strategies, and landing experiences.
  • Produce thoughtful, narrative-driven reports that explain not just the results, but the story behind them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — creative, brand, strategy, analytics — to ensure alignment and holistic excellence.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and structure to elevate the performance mindset within the broader organization.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong professional experience in performance marketing with proven success managing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Analytical intelligence — the ability to distill complexity into clarity and turn insights into action.
  • Excellent communication skills that reflect maturity, respect, and strategic understanding.
  • A dependable, independent work ethic suitable for a remote environment.
  • A growth-oriented mindset that values curiosity, rigor, and long-term thinking.
  • Preferred Experience (Not Required)

  • Experience managing international or multi-market campaigns.
  • Familiarity with attribution models, advanced optimization frameworks, or CRM-integrated performance systems.
  • Comfort contributing to creative development, message refinement, or experimentation at scale.
  • These are advantageous, but not mandatory — we value judgment, integrity, and the ability to think deeply about the work.
