Insurance Process Analyst

Skill Set : 1.Strong knowledge on motor insurance products. 2.Knowledge of the insurance process (quote, policy issuance, finance, claims). Expertise in any one of the processes is a must. 3. Hands-on exp. with SQL and API Integration A Good Understanding of Java, microservices, and web services is an added advantage 4.Good communication / interpersonal skills Job Requirements : 1.Liaise with the internal business team (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations ,Claims and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications. 2. Requirements elicitation and System solution designing. 3. Define the customer journey. 4.Coordination with development team on project planning & deliveries. 5. Weekly Sprint planning along with Product Managers. 6. Understand business priority and drive the Business process / development
