Analyst (Insurance Accounting)

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join the Finance Change team. The role will primarily support migration activities, process improvements, and system-related initiatives with Workday, ensuring smooth transitions and accurate reporting. Exposure to

Insurance Accounting

will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Upload insurance-related journals into the system on a monthly basis.

Support migration of opening balances into Workday for global entities.

Assist in developing reconciliation processes for improved reporting and controls.

Create process flow maps for transition from current to future state.

Provide analytical support for controls and custom validations in Workday.

Handle ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications & Skills

University degree in Accounting / Finance.

3–5 years of relevant work experience.

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).

Familiarity with ERP / finance systems ( Workday preferred ).

Good communication skills and strong analytical ability.

Knowledge of Insurance Accounting will be an added advantage.
