About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Service Management team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow platform development, customization, and integration, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise workflows. This role involves designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet business and IT service delivery Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Develop and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and data policies.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow
solutions.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and best practices through regular maintenance and optimization.Participate in upgrade testing, patch validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high availability and smooth operation of the platform.Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user Skills & Qualifications :8 - 10 years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).Experience implementing and supporting core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Request, Knowledge).Familiarity with Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and A(ref : hirist.tech)
