We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with hands-on experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, and Performance Management . The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes, maintain accurate HR records, and support organizational growth through effective HR operations and performance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration for new employees.
- Coordinate employee induction / orientation sessions with respective departments.
- Update employee information and records in the HRMS system.
- Administer the full offboarding process, including resignation acceptance and clearance procedures.
- Conduct exit interviews and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in performance evaluation and manage appraisal documentation.
- Generate performance reports and follow up on improvement and development plans.
- Coordinate training, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).1–2 years of experience in HR Coordination / HR Operations (Freshers with strong interest in HR may also apply).Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and core HR processes .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Proficiency in English with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and interact with internal and international.Advanced knowledge of MS ExcelProficient in MS Office & HRMS / HR software tools .Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational capabilities.Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.Problem-solving attitude and ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.Presentation SkillSkills Required
