The KGS India journey has been one of consistent growth, with a current employee count of c.21,000, operating from eight locations in India — Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kochi, Noida, Pune and Kolkata. — and providing a range of Advisory and Tax-related services to KPMG firms around the world.

Key Responsibilities :

• GBS Projects : Lead and oversee the design and setup of Global Business Services.
• Target Operating Model Design : Develop and optimize operating models to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Location Strategy & Location Assessment : Identify key locations and strategies to optimize global presence.
• Current State Analysis and Maturity Assessment : Conduct current state analysis and maturity assessments for GBS organizations and develop to-be designs.
• Process Design & Optimization : Streamline processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
