The KGS India journey has been one of consistent growth, with a current employee count of c.21,000, operating from eight locations in India — Bengaluru, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kochi, Noida, Pune and Kolkata. — and providing a range of Advisory and Tax-related services to KPMG firms around the world.
Key Responsibilities :
- GBS Projects : Lead and oversee the design and setup of Global Business Services.
- Target Operating Model Design : Develop and optimize operating models to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Location Strategy & Location Assessment : Identify key locations and strategies to optimize global presence.
- Current State Analysis and Maturity Assessment : Conduct current state analysis and maturity assessments for GBS organizations and develop to-be designs.
- Process Design & Optimization : Streamline processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Experience and Qualifications :
Experience : 3-8 years of relevant experience in the areas mentioned above.Skills : Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Education : Bachelor’s and / or master’s degree in business, Finance or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM, CIMA and CMA) is a plus.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
