Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Finance Lead, located on-site in Bengaluru. The Finance Lead will oversee financial operations, manage financial statements, and ensure accurate accounting practices. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and developing strategies to optimize financial performance. The Finance Lead will also communicate financial insights to stakeholders and support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and strategy development
• Expertise in Finance and proficiency in managing Financial Statements
• Solid background in Accounting principles
• Effective Communication skills for stakeholder management and reporting
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work in a team and lead financial projects
• Experience in the Poultry / Agri / Manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
