Employee Engagement Specialist

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. This position will focus on the HR functions, including training, recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process : job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
• Support in the training and development activities including trainee grooming and management
• Support new employee onboarding and orientation sessions
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communications
