About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Litigation Lawyer
with a strong background in
real estate and developer-related legal matters
This role involves working closely with developers, senior counsel, and internal stakeholders to manage litigation, vet and draft legal documents, provide opinions, and ensure smooth legal operations across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
Independently handle civil litigation before the High Court, Subordinate Courts, Family Courts, Labour Courts, Consumer Forums, Tribunals, and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
Assist Senior Counsel in case preparation, briefing, and legal strategy.
Prepare pleadings, affidavits, written statements, and arguments.
Manage dispute resolution through
arbitration, mediation, and conciliation
Legal Documentation & Drafting
Draft, vet, and review
Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, MOUs, and Corporate Contracts
Prepare
legal notices, deeds, letters, and opinions
on property matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including
RERA, FEMA, and the Companies Act
Due Diligence & Title Verification
Conduct detailed
title due diligence
and verification of property documents.
Provide clear, structured
legal opinions
on land acquisition, ownership, and development.
Liaise with banks and financial institutions for project approvals and legal clearances.
Corporate & Regulatory Liaison
Interact with
Government Departments / Authorities
, Senior Advocates, and Company Executives on legal and compliance issues.
Manage regulatory approvals, registrations, and project compliance documentation.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Address customer-related queries in all forms (verbal, written, and digital).
Support internal teams on contract compliance, risk assessment, and dispute management.
Qualifications & Experience
LL.B (mandatory); LL.M or specialization in Property / Corporate Law preferred.
6+ years in active civil litigation practice

Strong exposure to
property law, real estate transactions, title due diligence
, and
court practice
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to handle multi-crore transactions and complex legal structures.
