Job Description : Agentic AI Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LLM integration, RAG pipelines, multi-agent orchestration, and multi-cloud AI deployments .

You will be responsible for developing autonomous AI agents, multimodal assistants, and enterprise-ready AI workflows , leveraging leading frameworks, vector databases, and modern MLOps practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Agentic AI systems with autonomous reasoning, decision-making, memory, and multi-step task execution.
  • Contribute to multi-agent orchestration (planning, collaboration, delegation, tool chaining).
  • Fine-tune and customize large language models (LLMs) using LoRA / PEFT .
  • Build and deploy retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face , and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus).
  • Develop multimodal & multilingual AI assistants for enterprise use cases.
  • Implement and integrate AI workflows with REST / GraphQL APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django .
  • Apply MLOps practices : CI / CD, monitoring, scaling, retraining, and model governance in multi-cloud environments.
  • Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions .

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Programming : Python, PyTorch
  • Frameworks & Tools : LangChain, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex, Prompt Engineering, RAG
  • Agentic AI Knowledge : Multi-agent orchestration, memory management, tool chaining, autonomous reasoning
  • Cloud & DevOps : Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, GitHub Actions, Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI
  • Databases : Vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus), SQL / NoSQL
  • Other Expertise : API development (REST / GraphQL), FastAPI, Flask, Django
  • Advanced Expertise (Preferred) :

    • o Fine-tuning with LoRA / PEFT

    o Multimodal content generation (text, vision, speech)

    o Multilingual AI solutions

    o Enterprise-scale LLM integration

    Preferred / Good to Have

  • Experience delivering enterprise AI assistants or GenAI platforms .
  • Exposure to autonomous agent frameworks and reasoning engines .
  • Understanding of compliance, data privacy, and AI governance .
