Shift : 12 : 30 PM – 9 : 30 PM IST

Mode : Hybrid

About the Role :

You will play a critical role in supporting TA operations, pre-onboarding, and recruitment processes. If you love organizing, coordinating, and creating smooth candidate experiences, this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Initiate and track background verification (BGV) for selected candidates
• Communicate with BGV vendors and maintain accurate BGV trackers
• Assist candidates with documentation and onboarding-related queries
• Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Admin, Payroll) to ensure Day 1 readiness
• Maintain regular communication with potential hires to keep them engaged
• Share company information and respond to candidate queries
• Support efforts to reduce offer dropouts and improve candidate experience
• Assist recruiters with resume screening and interview scheduling
• Update ATS / HRMS systems and maintain recruitment trackers
• Help organize hiring events, job fairs, and walk-in drives
• Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and documentation logs
