Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive ETL Tester to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of data pipelines built on Google Cloud Platform. This role involves validating ETL workflows, reconciling data across systems, and collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to uphold data quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing test strategies, creating reusable test assets, and automating validation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for ETL pipelines
• Create and maintain test certificates and validation documentation for audit and compliance purposes
• Perform data reconciliation and validation checks across multiple systems and sources
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve data mismatches and transformation issues
• Automate test execution using scripting tools and frameworks
• Conduct regression, integration, and performance testing for data workflows
• Document defects and track resolution through version control and issue tracking systems
• Support UAT and production validation efforts with business stakeholders
