Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Manager located in Moradabad. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring systems and networks run efficiently and securely. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining hardware and software systems, troubleshooting issues, implementing security measures, coordinating with vendors, and supporting end-users with technical issues. The role also involves developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing IT infrastructure and services, including knowledge of network administration and systems engineering
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Skills in implementing security measures and managing data backup and recovery processes
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar IT certifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
