Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for the Head of Events. The Head of Events will be responsible for planning and managing events, budgeting, coordinating with vendors, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring successful execution of all events. Additionally, this role will involve promoting events to boost visibility and attendance, developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring all events align with the institute's goals and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning
• Experience in Event Planning and Management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage events efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the education or supply chain industry is a plus
