About the Role :

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Cloud Data Engineers to join the Optum Advisory Team. The ideal candidates will bring deep expertise in cloud-based data engineering with a strong background in Azure, Databricks, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Snowflake. This role requires self-starters who can work independently with minimal guidance, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data solutions in the healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain cloud-based data pipelines and ETL processes.

Work with Azure, Databricks, ADF, Snowflake, Python, SQL, and PySpark for data engineering tasks.

Write optimized SQL queries, including window functions, to support analytics and reporting.

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and implement robust solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and data requirements.
