Senior Analyst - Revenue Planning & Analytics.

Location : Gurgaon (Work from Office) Experience : At least 2 years in Analytics / Data Science.

About The Role :

  • We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Revenue Planning & Analysis team.
  • This role is pivotal in leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions to optimize pricing, inventory, and revenue performance.
  • You will work on predictive modeling, algorithm development, and strategic insights for our in-house Revenue Management System.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze large datasets using statistical models, optimization techniques, and machine learning to uncover trends and insights related to pricing, demand, and revenue.
  • Develop and implement predictive models for demand forecasting at leg and OD level, inventory optimization, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance in-house revenue management system algorithms, UI components, and database structures.
  • Perform trend analysis across products, routes, and time horizons to support strategic decisions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs such as Revenue Growth, Load Factor, RASK, and target allocations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into actionable business strategies.

    • Required Skills :

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with AI / ML techniques (predictive modeling, optimization, clustering, etc.
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially BigQuery for data storage and computation.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
  • Good understanding of statistical concepts, economics, and Airline Revenue Management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

    • Good to Have :

  • Experience with Power BI for visualization.
  • Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks and automation.
  • Working knowledge of R programming language.
  • Certifications in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.

    • Educational Qualification :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
