Hardware Engineer

Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated Hardware Design Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in electronic circuit design, schematic development, and board-level hardware validation. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, testing, and optimization of embedded systems and electronic products.

Key Responsibilities : Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits based on product requirements.

Create schematic diagrams and work closely with PCB layout engineers for board design.

Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation of new designs.

Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams to ensure seamless hardware integration.

Conduct design reviews, component selection, and BOM optimization.

Support EMI / EMC compliance testing and reliability validation.

Prepare detailed documentation including design specifications, test reports, and revision histories.

Provide support for prototype assembly and production testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications : Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Experience : 2–3 years of experience in hardware design and development.

Proficiency with schematic design tools (Preferably OrCAD ).

Experience with microcontrollers, power supply design, and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I²C, USB, Ethernet).

Hands-on experience with lab instruments (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter, power analyzer).

Familiarity with PCB layout principles, signal integrity, and design for manufacturability (DFM).

Good understanding of embedded system architecture.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Skills : Knowledge of simulation tools (LTspice, PSpice, or similar).

Understanding of RF design or high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, DDR).
