About the Role (Why This Hire Matters)
This is one of the most foundational hires at Refold AI . As our Founding Talent Acquisition Partner , you won’t just fill roles — you’ll build the entire hiring engine that powers the company. We’re growing fast across engineering, AI, solutions, and domain consulting, and we need someone who can move with urgency, operate on their feet at all times, and bring clarity to a highly dynamic environment. You’ll work directly with the founders, own critical hiring decisions, and shape the bar for the first 50+ people who join Refold. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and wants to be at the center of building a deep-tech AI company from the ground up.

What you’ll do
- Hire for core engineering roles — backend, platform, full-stack, infra, DevOps, QA, and AI / agent engineering.
- Build strong outreach and sourcing systems tailored to deep-tech and senior engineering talent.
- Hire domain-specific Technical Consultants and Solutions Engineers who partner closely with customers to design and deliver integration solutions.
- Build sourcing channels across , GitHub, communities, and niche technical groups.
- Hire Integration Engineers and ERP / CRM domain consultants across SAP, Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, Workday, NetSuite, etc.
- Build pipelines for multi-system integration specialists and niche technical consultants.
- Work directly with founders to define role requirements, scorecards, interview structures, and competency maps.
- Build predictable hiring processes, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms.
- Drive fast, high-quality hiring cycles with excellent candidate experience.
You’re a great fit if you
Have 2–5 years of experience in TA / recruiting for technical or consulting roles.Worked in early stage startups and done tech hiring across roles : QA, SDE, DevopsAre comfortable hiring deep-tech and domain-specific talent.Are strong at sourcing, assessments, candidate experience, and fast execution.Operate with ownership, clarity, responsiveness, and high bar for talent.Want to build the talent function from scratch in a fast-moving AI infra startup.Why Refold AI
