International Sales Executive
This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai, India , for a driven International Sales Executive. You will be a critical part of our expansion, responsible for significantly growing our global market presence for Herbal Extracts, Botanical Extracts, and Nutraceutical Raw Materials .
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new international business opportunities and clients in target markets.
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement effective international sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets.
- Client Relationship Management : Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation, and foster long-term, high-value relationships with global clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Trade Compliance & Logistics : Oversee international trade processes, ensuring adherence to all relevant trade compliance regulations. Coordinate closely with our in-house production and logistics teams to guarantee timely and accurate product delivery.
- Market Analysis : Monitor global industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to strategically position the company's product offerings.
Qualifications & Requirements
Mandatory Experience :
Proven, substantial experience in International Sales and International Trade .Essential : Direct experience selling Herbal Extracts, Botanical Extracts, or Nutraceutical Raw Materials is required.Core Competencies :
Exceptional negotiation and persuasive communication skills .Deep understanding of International Business practices and global market dynamics.Demonstrated proficiency in analytical skills for market assessment and sales forecasting.Proven ability to deliver high-level Customer Service .Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a dynamic team structure.Education :
