Key Responsibilities :

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients in Dubai and Jordan to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Understand clients' business needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions and services.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, coordinating timely delivery of products and services.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand account revenue.
Prepare and present regular reports, proposals, and business reviews to clients.
Resolve client issues and concerns promptly, maintaining strong customer trust.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on client goals and ensure service excellence.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the Middle East region to inform account strategies.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and manage renewals and negotiations.
Travel between Dubai and Amman as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications and Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Minimum 7 years of experience in account management or client relationship management, preferably in the Middle East region.

Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.

Strong knowledge of local markets in UAE and Jordan, including business culture and regulations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite.

Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Willingness to travel regularly between Dubai and Amman
