MS Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant

About the Role :

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join our team in Pune. This is a hybrid role, combining remote and in-office work. You'll play a crucial part in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.

A key part of this role involves utilizing your expertise with TOSCA automation to streamline testing processes and ensure the quality and reliability of our Dynamics CRM implementations. Responsibilities :

• Consulting & Analysis : Engage with business users to understand, document, and analyze their requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
• Solution Design : Translate business requirements into a functional design, configuring the Dynamics 365 platform to meet specific needs.
• Team Collaboration : Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team, ensuring clear communication and a shared understanding of project requirements.
• Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides. Secure client sign-off on all documentation.
• Testing & Quality Assurance : Develop user acceptance criteria, test cases, and test scenarios. Utilize your TOSCA expertise to automate testing processes and ensure the solution meets all requirements.
• Reporting : Create and manage reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) to provide meaningful insights to clients.
• Project Methodology : Work within Agile or Waterfall project frameworks, adapting to the specific needs of each project.
• User Support & Training : Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to address user questions and ensure successful adoption of the new system.
