In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring leaders to understand business priorities, design effective sourcing strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Your ability to identify, engage, and assess top engineering professionals will directly impact our company’s continued growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering hiring managers to define talent needs and lead full-cycle recruitment for senior technical roles.
• Source and engage top-tier candidates through direct outreach, networking, and innovative recruiting strategies.
• Evaluate technical talent with a strong understanding of software engineering principles, tools, and systems.
• Deliver a seamless and transparent hiring experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
• Collaborate with HR, immigration, and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Stay informed on market trends and provide data-driven insights to influence hiring strategies.
