Hiring for a leading HealthTech AdTech product company for a high-impact Principal Product Manager role.

Role Overview :

Drive the strategy and growth of identity resolution products - HCP Graph, deterministic / probabilistic identity systems, and large-scale data integrations. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle across data, engineering, design, demand / supply teams, and AI / ML initiatives.

Mandatory Criteria (Must-Have) :

• 7+ years in Product Management, including end-to-end ownership of data / AI / ML products
• 2+ years in Healthcare, Pharma, Life Sciences, HealthTech, or AdTech
• Strong understanding of DSP (Demand-Side Platform) & supply ecosystems
• Experience with identity systems, data intelligence, programmatic advertising, or marketplace platforms
• Hands-on collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Supply, and Demand teams
• Tier-1 education (UG or PG)
• HealthTech exposure - current or past
• IC Role
