We’re Hiring : College Admission Counsellor (Sales) — Rishikesh, Uttarakhand

We’re expanding our team and looking for high-energy, empathetic, and target-driven Academic Counsellors who love guiding students and love sales.

What You’ll Do

▪ Connect with college aspirants via outbound sales calls

▪ Understand their interests, academic profile & career goals

▪ Counsel students on UG & PG courses, colleges & admissions

▪ Pitch BoostMyTalent’s counselling services as the ideal solution

▪ Handle objections with confidence and convert leads into enrolments

▪ Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets

▪ Coordinate with partnered colleges for seamless admissions support

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in sales or counselling (EdTech preferred)
• Excellent communication in English & Hindi (other languages = bonus)
• Strong rapport-building, empathy & active listening skills
• Familiarity with Indian education & entrance exams is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Compensation

₹2.5 – ₹5 LPA (fixed) + Attractive Incentives
