Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Energy Billings :
  • Coordinate with Clients to assess their energy consumption on a monthly basis to allocate the generated

energy from IPP plants.

  • Analyse and allocate the energy generation and charges for each clients based on their requirement through

    • HTOA portal.

  • Coordinating directly with Clients, EDCs, Consultant, Client representative to generate EB HT bill after energu

    • assessment and allocation.

  • TANGEDCO Energy Charges in the HT Bills to be checked and verified for conformance to TNERC norms
  • Generated energy Invoices for each plants as per PPA agreed with Clients.
  • Renewable Energy Certificate Advisory :
  • Generate online EIR on 10th / 20th / last day of the month
  • Co-ordination with SLDC to process the SLDC EIR copy.
  • Co-ordination with NLDC to verify the RECs documents and to make the payment.
  • Follow-up with NLDC / Central Agency to get the RECs approved.
  • Preparing Bids in appropriate format for REC Bidding.
  • Maintain REC MIS
  • TARIFF PROPOSAL :
  • Analyse HT bill of the Consumer to understand their energy consumption pattern and examine the energy

    • requirement based on their need.

  • Carryout financial viability of the project with different tariff scenarios
  • Preparation of Tariff proposal and submission to Clients / Sales Representative / Consultant etc.
  • Follow-up for closure of tariff proposal.
  • PROJECT Liasoning Works :
  • Preparation of request / approval / process letters to TANGEDCO, CEIG and other Statutory Authorities for

    • required project approvals.

  • Coordinate with respective Departments to attain the required project approvals at various stages of project

    • commissioning.

  • Follow-up / coordination for payment of TANGEDCO Fee, CEIG fee etc.
  • Preparation of EWA, EPC and O&M contract based on techno-commercial details of our projects EPC projects
