Sr Analyst II Finance Business Partner

Deep knowledge in Architecture of enterprise-scale storage solutions, including SAN, NAS, and software-defined storage architectures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess technical feasibility, and develop storage designs aligned with business objectives.

Conduct capacity planning, performance & risk assessments to ensure scalability, performance, and resilience of storage infrastructure.

Plan and execute storage deployment projects, including hardware procurement, configuration, and integration with existing IT infrastructure.

Implement storage technologies and features, such as data deduplication, encryption, and tiering, to optimize performance and efficiency.

Develop deployment automation scripts and templates to accelerate the rollout of storage systems and minimize manual intervention.

Evaluate, select, and implement IT automation tools and frameworks to streamline storage provisioning, configuration management, and monitoring.

Performance Optimization and Tuning & reporting :

Monitor and analyse storage performance metrics, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies to enhance throughput and latency.

Conduct performance tuning activities, such as cache management, workload balancing, and I / O optimization, to maximize the efficiency of storage infrastructure.

Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to evaluate enhancements that can improve storage performance and reliability.

Creating or adapting Storage & Backup solutions

Leading or participating Storage & Backup Audits

Leading or participating with complex Storage & Backup risks or issues and determining a path to resolution or mitigation

Creating content including, but not limited to, template documents, processes, procedures & design

Designing the automation of processes

Work with Offering Manager, Delivery Engineering Lead & Partners to define requirements for new capabilities

Work and collaborate as part of a team with other Architects and Engineers

Work with the Scrum Master and other members of the team to define outputs and deadlines for work undertaken

Provide support and shadow initial deployments of solutions developed

Work and collaborate as part of a team across both technical and business leads

Ensure deliverables are clearly scoped and deadlines agreed
