About the Role

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to manage research grants, regulatory compliance, and institutional data systems. The role involves coordinating funding processes, ensuring adherence to guidelines, and providing data-driven insights to strengthen research and international collaboration initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

• Track funding cycles, proposal deadlines, and deliverables for national and international grants (e.g., DST, DBT, ICMR, Erasmus+, DAAD).
• Ensure compliance with UGC, AICTE, NEP 2020, and international collaboration regulations.
• Maintain documentation for MoUs, project approvals, ethics clearances, and reporting obligations.
• Coordinate with finance, research, and academic units for transparent budgeting, fund utilization, and audit readiness.
• Support proposal development through templates, guidelines, and submission checklists.
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics to monitor partnerships, mobility programs, and research outcomes.
• Analyze data on exchanges, collaborations, publications, and funding success rates.
• Generate periodic reports and insights for strategic planning and leadership decisions.
• Establish systems for data integrity, benchmarking, and trend analysis across global engagement portfolios.
