Role Overview :

We are looking for a CSR professional to independently manage Abans Groups Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The

role involves planning, executing, and monitoring CSR projects across key focus areas education, healthcare, environment,

women empowerment, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and implement CSR programs as per company policy and legal requirements.

Identify and coordinate with NGOs and implementation partners.

Track project progress, utilization of funds, and prepare CSR reports.

Manage CSR documentation, board reporting, and compliance.

Support sustainability and ESG-related initiatives.

Requirements :

Postgraduate in Social Work / Sustainability / Environmental Studies or related field.

38 years experience in CSR project management.

Strong knowledge of CSR laws and reporting under the Companies Act.

Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Self-driven and able to work independently.
