The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Payer and will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel and focuses on enhancing our IT services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of IBM Mainframe solutions to optimize business processes.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of CICS applications to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide expertise in VSAM for efficient data management and retrieval.
• Implement IT Service Management best practices to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute JCL scripts to automate and streamline batch processing tasks.
• Manage DB2 databases to ensure data integrity and availability for critical applications.
• Utilize Cobol programming skills to maintain and upgrade legacy systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business objectives.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
• Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical solutions.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve system performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and challenges.
