Application Developer

We are looking for IBM Sterling OMS Developers to join a leading Digital Technology Team working on large-scale omni-channel retail and e-commerce platforms .

The selected candidates will work on Order Management System (OMS) solutions that manage end-to-end order processing — from inventory visibility to order fulfillment, payments, and returns.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and customize IBM Sterling OMS modules such as Order Fulfillment, Inventory, and Payments.

Configure and extend Sterling OMS features to meet business needs.

Develop integrations and APIs (SOAP / REST / microservices) to connect OMS with other enterprise systems.

Work on Sterling Business Center for configuration and user management.

Handle real-time inventory tracking, sourcing logic, and order routing between warehouses and stores.

Participate in Agile development cycles with cross-functional teams (QA, architects, and analysts).

Required Skills & Experience :

6–8 years of hands-on experience in IBM Sterling OMS (version 9.x or 10.x)

Strong command over Java, J2EE, SQL , and Spring Boot microservices

Good understanding of Sterling Business Center, Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Reverse Logistics, and DOM (Distributed Order Management)

Experience with WebSphere / WebLogic / JBoss environments

Solid understanding of SOAP & REST-based API integrations

Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and upgrade OMS components

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Skillset : IBM Sterling OMS, Sterling OMS modules such as Order Fulfillment, Inventory, Payment, and Agent Architecture / sourcing and scheduling / Transfer Orders / RTAM principles / Inventory flow and Inventory module, Transactions, Agent types, User Exits and Events, Java and SQL

Other Details :

Work Mode : Hybrid (4 days office, 1 day WFH)

Timings : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (Monday–Friday)
