⚙️

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot and resolve platform, database, and integration-related issues on ServiceNow.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and ensure permanent fixes.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure a world-class customer experience.

Create knowledge base articles and drive internal process improvements.

Participate in rotational on-call / weekend support for global customers.

Must-Have Skills

✅ Strong foundation in

Relational Databases (MySQL / Oracle)

✅ Experience in

Linux / Unix or Windows Server

environments

✅ Working knowledge of

Web Application Stack (server, browser, DB layers)

✅ Hands-on experience with

Scripting (JavaScript / Python / Shell / PowerShell)

✅ Strong

analytical thinking & troubleshooting mindset

✅ Excellent

communication & customer-handling skills

Good-to-Have

✨ Experience with the

ServiceNow platform

✨ Understanding of

ITIL ,

SaaS / PaaS

models

✨ Familiarity with

Splunk or log analysis tools

✨ Passion for continuous learning & problem-solving

Eligibility

Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT

OR

2+ years

of relevant experience in technical support or software debugging
