Job Title : Senior Admission Counselor – PGDM & MBA Programs

Location : Jasola, New Delhi (On-site)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Admission Counselor with at least 5 years of proven experience in the education industry. The counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions journey for PGDM and MBA programs, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and meeting enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel prospective students and their families on AIM’s PGDM and MBA programs.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and virtual sessions.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, group presentations, and webinars to explain program details, eligibility, and career opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and high conversion rates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admissions targets as per assigned goals.
  • Represent AIM at education fairs, seminars, and outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation and admissions efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to management on student preferences and competition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA / PGDM preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions or counseling within the education industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding admissions targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM / ERP systems (LeadSquared, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
